Because of their work demands, executives often get stuck in past, habits, routines, and outdated beliefs – until they’re forced to shift, because they’re suffering from conditions such as chronic stress, obesity, hypertension or gut problems. When we do decide to shift, it takes massive effort to get started &, generally, we don’t know where to begin & how we can get the results we want.
